At last, but by all means not least, here are some findings of the students of the first Design Thinking Master Class in 2017:
"DESIGN and THINKING are equally important"
Have the customer in mind all the time
Break the silos like those of the Brockhaus
„We work: as a team, in a team… for our own“
Collect the info’s, define the unknown, do the impossible
Do focus more on basic needs and not on the technology
Respect technology as a purpose but not as your destination
Respect the learnings by doing MVPs
Do early prototyping and real-time testing
Look for feedback, it’s needed for survival (& improving the product)
Learn from the (habits of the) people
Be aware of empathy and activate contextual awareness
Iterate relentlessly…
"Fail, fail again, fail better"
Search for entrepreneurial sustainability
Look for authenticity and affiliation
Don’t be afraid of Serendipity
